Instead, they feature precision-milled grooves on the edge ribs of the aluminum template and are installed at the template junctions with pins to connect the two side templates seamlessly. It is crucial that the distance from the bottom pull tab to the ground does not exceed 200 millimeters. Square pipes, or hollow rectangular steel pipes, are employed to flatten the templates on both sides of the wall, ensuring the wall surface remains even. Fangtong, connected to the aluminum formwork via Fangtong buckles, involves installing two Fangtong on the inner wall and three on the outer wall. Once the concrete sets, the aluminum formwork can be effortlessly removed from the wall while the pull tab remains encased in the concrete, protruding from both ends. Subsequently, the exposed segments of the pull tab are broken off.
