The aluminum mold pull tab stands as a vital reinforcement component within the sophisticated aluminum template system, playing a pivotal role in enhancing structural integrity.
1, Material and Construction
Crafted from high-strength manganese steel, the aluminum mold pull tab exhibits a thickness ranging broadly from 1.8 to 2 millimeters, with its length meticulously calibrated to accommodate the wall column's thickness. Ingeniously designed with a stress-concentrated V-shaped structure, it ensures the fracture point is strategically located approximately 5 millimeters within the wall. This thoughtful design minimizes interference with subsequent decorative processes.
2, Function and Purpose
During crucial concrete construction phases, the aluminum formwork pull tab plays an indispensable role. It firmly secures aluminum formwork on both sides, effectively mitigating construction issues such as formwork expansion and bursting, thereby safeguarding the construction quality. Unlike traditional screw systems, there are no template panel holes required; instead, grooves are milled on the aluminum template's edge ribs. By strategically positioning them at the aluminum template joints through pins, they seamlessly connect the two template sides. Consequently, once the formwork is removed, no unsightly holes are left on the wall, significantly decreasing the risk of external wall leakage.
3, Installation and Dismantling
For optimal installation of wall and column formworks, follow the principle of placing aluminum formwork pull tabs densely at the base and more sparsely towards the top, ensuring the bottom tab remains no more than 200 millimeters above the ground. To guarantee the wall's flatness, square pipes (hollow rectangular steel pipes) are employed to flatten the templates on both wall sides. These pipes, or Fangtong, connect to the aluminum formwork using specialized buckles, with two located on the inner wall and three on the outer wall. Once the concrete sets, the wall's aluminum formwork can be smoothly removed, leaving the pull tab embedded in the concrete while extending outward on both ends. The protruding pull tab segments are then broken off.
4, Advantages and Characteristics
1. Superior Construction Quality: The aluminum mold pull tab ensures impeccable wall thickness uniformity, effectively preventing uneven wall thickness issues commonly arising from inconsistent screw system nut tightening.
2. Enhanced Installation Efficiency: The installation of the aluminum mold pull tab is remarkably simple and swift, offering significant time savings over traditional screw systems.
3. Cost Efficiency: Utilizing aluminum mold pull tabs effectively reduces additional costs related to external wall blockage, delivering exceptional overall cost-effectiveness.
Owing to its distinctive advantages, the aluminum mold pull tab has become a prevalent choice in the construction sector.
