1, Material and Construction
Aluminum mold pull tab is usually made of high-strength manganese steel, with a thickness generally between 1.8 and 2 millimeters, and the length is determined by the thickness of the wall column. The design of pull tab usually includes a stress concentrated V-shaped structure, which ensures that the fracture point is located about 5 millimeters inside the wall when the pull tab breaks, so as not to affect the subsequent decoration process.
2, Function and purpose
In the process of concrete construction, the main function of aluminum formwork pull tab is to tightly hold the aluminum formwork on both sides, effectively preventing construction problems such as formwork expansion and bursting, and ensuring construction quality. Compared with traditional screw systems, aluminum mold pull tabs do not require holes on the template panel, but rather milling grooves on the edge ribs of the aluminum template, and installing them at the joint position of the aluminum template through pins to connect the two side templates. Therefore, after removing the formwork, there will be no holes left in the wall, greatly reducing the risk of external wall leakage.
3, Installation and dismantling
When installing wall and column formwork, the arrangement of aluminum formwork pull tabs should follow the principle of being dense at the bottom and sparse at the top, and the distance between the bottom pull tab and the ground should not be greater than 200 millimeters. The templates on both sides of the wall are flattened using square pipes (hollow rectangular steel pipes) to ensure the flatness of the wall surface. Fangtong is connected to the aluminum formwork through Fangtong buckles, with two Fangtong installed on the inner wall and three Fangtong installed on the outer wall. After the concrete solidifies, the aluminum formwork of the wall can be easily removed, while the pull tab remains in the concrete and extends out of the wall at both ends. Then, break the pull tab that extends out of the wall.
